Risk Management Lead

• Data and Analytical Capability:
• Utilize basic SQL and data analysis skills to extract and interpret operational and credit performance data.
• Understand fundamental consumer lending and credit risk concepts such as approval rate, credit limit, credit line management, and A/B testing in credit policy.
• Collaborate with the HQ risk team on policy optimization, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the local Indonesia team and the Beijing risk management team.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and accurate communication of all risk-related matters, including market events, regulatory updates,
• and operational incidents. When significant local events occur (e.g.
• public demonstrations or major economic shifts), promptly inform the HQ team to support timely strategic adjustments.
• Coordinate with HQ in preparing high-quality reports, materials, and documentation for regulators, partners, or investors.
• Regulatory & External Stakeholder Awareness:
• Closely monitor and interpret updates from local regulators (eg, OJK, AFPI) and funding partners.
• Summarize and communicate regulatory announcements accurately, ensuring that relevant teams understand and comply with requirements.
• Proactively work with HQ to ensure timely, compliant, and professional submission of required materials.

Internal Audit IT

• Identify and assess areas of significant business and technology-related risk.
• Implement best practices in internal auditing, IT governance, and risk management aligned with international standards and internal audit methodologies.
• Manage resources and audit assignments effectively to ensure timely completion and high-quality audit outcomes.
• Identify and reduce business, operational, and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies, procedures, and methodologies in line with both local and international best practices.
• Compile, execute, and monitor the annual Internal Audit Plan, including IT General Controls (ITGC) and application audits.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations into reported or emerging IT and operational risks.
• Oversee risk-based audits covering both operational and financial processes to ensure the reliability and integrity of information systems.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting of audit findings to Management and/or Risk Committees.
• Provide overall supervision and coordination of planned annual audits, including follow-up on remediation plans.

Risk Analytics & Mis

• Analyze and monitor month-to-month data trends from multiple data sources (SLIK, FDC, CBL multiplatform, telco, KYC, etc.) to generate actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions in credit risk management
• Develop and test new feature engineering strategies for credit scoring models, focusing on improving predictive accuracy and model performance.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluation and backtesting of features to ensure robustress, scalability, and alignment with business objectives in underwriting processes
• Build automated dashboards and real-time alert systems using tools like Looker and BigQuery to monitor key metrics and detect anomalies or significant changes.
• Collaborate with data providers to assess data quality and suitability, ensuring optimal integration into credit scoring models
• Create and maintain a catalog of data providens identifying innovative data solutions to enhance risk assessments and improve overall credit decisioning
• Partner with cross-functional teams (business, IT, dota science) to improve data pipelines, reporting processes, and feature development for advanced credit scoring use cases.
• Forecasting Non Performing Loan based on history to ensure it still meets company targets and Regulator targets.
• Providing Data and Analysis to fulfil Funding Partner Requests (eg Vintage DPO, Portfolio By Demographic etc.)
• Support adhoc tasks/projects and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Cloud Engineer

• Manage and monitor the company’s cloud environments (Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, etc.) to ensure stable operation of business systems.
• Handle system deployment, release management, monitoring, alerts, log analysis, and performance tuning.
• Participate in infrastructure automation. initiatives using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Conduct regular security audits, account permission reviews, operation traceability checks, and system compliance inspections.
• Create and maintain operations documentation, change records, and audit reports.
• Collaborate with overseas partners to support cross-border project operations

Python Developer

• Design, develop and implement efficient and scalable Python-based backend services or data processing pipelines as needed
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of our software and contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standard
• Maintaining audit trails compliant with OJK regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and technologies to continuously improve our systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Risk Management Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a risk management, credit analysis, or compliance role within the fintech operations, P2P or related business processes is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with consumer lending, credit scoring, and fintech industry practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with sensitivity to local context and cultural nuances.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Internal Audit IT

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance).
• 2-3 years of working experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or IT Audit, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with IT audit tools and knowledge of IT governance frameworks is an advantage.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with minimum supervision
• Can join ASAP

Risk Analytics & Mis

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistic, Mathematic or related fields
• Experience minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Risk Analytics or Risk MIS
• Proficiency in Python programming language with clean, readable coding style
• Strong knowledge of data science tools Numpy, Pandas, or Scipy.
• Strong knowledge of data science or data analytics workflow
• Expertise in at least one backend frameworic Flask Django, or Jupyter Notebook, with ability to independently manage project development
• Proficiency in mainstream databases MySQL, MongoDB, Hive SQL, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Has familiarity with OJK or Bank indonesia Regulations, Risk Management policies, and financial industry best practices.
• Willing to work full on site.

Cloud Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of Linux system operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, SRE, or automated operations role, with hands-on work in a production environment-preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proficient in at least one major cloud platform (Huawei Cloud, AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), with solid experience in cloud resource management, networking, security, and load balancing.
• Familiar with Linux system administration, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in information security audits, compliance checks, or log tracing/analysis is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., HCIA/HCIP, AWS Certified, AliCloud ACP) are a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Able to join as soon as possible

Python Developer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience. as a Python Developer or equivalent skills
• Proficient in Python programming, including experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Extensive hands-on experience building, training, tuning, and deploying machine learning models, with expert-level proficiency in XGBoost
• Deep knowledge of Al and ML fundamentals, including supervised learning, model evaluation metrics, bias-variance tradeoffs, and overfitting/underfitting
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g. Dask, Spark) used with XGBoost
• Familiarity with MySQL optimization and event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Solid understanding of REST API best practices
• Understanding of OJK P2P lending regulations is a strong plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
